簡介:四JI『大學碩士學位論文專?,列川大學碩士學位論文紅勢光譜穩X蓊莉篙濺試手段對產物迸行了交往。著分溺禳魚裁多乳HAP、日本HAP和市售國產HAP分散劑進行了苯乙烯和SAN懋浮聚臺應用對比實驗。結采表碉,在本文試虢條件下制備的HAP懸浮聚合分敬裁為羥蒸磷獲石CALOP046OH2的晶體結構;制得豹HAP懸浮聚合分散劑具有霧孔結構,萁魄衷面積為{00~110M2/G,約為臣本囂AP幫市售器產HAP靜斃表瑟援60~69M2/G的1.5~1.8儲不僅比表面積大,堆密度小,且粒度均勻,微粒簡沒有鼙粱,分散活毪離。該工裝的較毽臺成條釋為璇酸籬東懋浮滾豹靄含量909/L、磷酸濃度1.0MOL/H、愛應/豫他溫度50℃、豫化時聞3H。在苯乙臻惹浮聚合孛豹應麓凌驗露萊表臻,多虱終筠漿HAP分敦活性毫,懸浮分漱性和穩定性優良,能顯著提高聚苯乙烯珠糍的質量。在SAN懸浮聚合中的應用結果表臻,當分散裁懿添糖鲞癢鬣至0.3∥1009攀籜時,蠡割多魏HAP分數劉栽順利遴行SAN的懸浮灝合,悉霹本HAP分散潮的分散效槊不溪想,浣明自搿麓多孔HAP分數裁靜分熬往寒予基本釋魏分數淫,完全哥以敬找避隧產品作為SAN懸浮聚合的分敞劑;且自制的HAP分散劑的添加最低,不但可以降{氐生產成本,還可以提窩SAN秘耱豹震憊。關鍵逮羥蒸磷獲石;裁冬;多強縫擒;無撬努轂裁;惑浮聚合疆
