簡介:復雜環境下的圖像處理一直是計算機視覺信息處理與理解領域的難點,也日漸成為影響圖像應用系統可靠性和實用性的嚴重障礙,但是由于其良好的應用前景,成為當前研究的一個熱點。本文針對船舶圖像的特點以及船舶目標運動特征,設計并實現了一種船舶目標自動檢測系統,主要工作包括船舶圖像預處理、目標檢測算法研究、目標分割算法研究和系統設計等幾個方面。本文詳細研究和分析了水面船舶目標的特點,針對船舶是人造目標,船體上布滿了有棱有角的結構,在圖像中存在眾多的長直線邊緣的特點,提出了使用角點和線段特征的檢測方法,并根據水面和船舶的不同反光特征,實現了一種基于關系穩定性的船舶區域分割算法。最后,給出了一個船閘中船舶目標檢測的實驗系統,證明上述方法取得了很好的檢測效率。該系統的實現在船舶避碰、航行安全、船舶交通管理中起到難以替代的作用;對船閘的沖泄水控制和閘門的及時開關提供了輔助決策,從而提高了船閘的通航能力,并減少人工控制的誤操作,對國民經濟具有重大價值。

簡介:分類號TH692單位代碼單位代碼10190研究生學號研究生學號201401020密級無碩士學位論文制動盤探傷機無損檢測方法及自動檢測技術研究RESEARCHONNONDESTRUCTIVETESTINGMETHODAUTOMATICDETECTIONTECHNOLOGYOFBRAKEDISCFLAWDETECT研究生姓名研究生姓名韓慜專業機械工程機械工程指導教師指導教師及職稱及職稱李靜(教(教授)授)培養單位長春工業大學長春工業大學2017年6月研究生學位論文I摘要制動盤性能的好壞是影響車輛安全運行的重要因素,對新生產或已經使用一段時間的制動盤進行無損檢測是確保車輛安全的關鍵。本設備將磁粉檢測作為制動盤的檢測方法?,F有的熒光磁粉探傷機多為半自動設備,這種設備多數需要工人對熒光磁粉顯示的裂紋進行現場確認。由于人為和工廠環境的因素,人工檢測影響檢測的精度和工人的身體健康,因此研發一套全自動制動盤探傷機對改善工作環境,提高制動盤檢測精度,保證產品質量等具有深遠影響。本文所述即是對該設備的結構設計與檢測方法分析。首先,簡述無損檢測方法的種類與發展,在此基礎上對各種方法進行比較,得出磁粉檢測在制動盤檢測中的優勢。選用工業攝像頭在暗室中對磁粉顯示的裂紋進行提取,并且利用計算機進行缺陷檢測,省去人工檢測對此環節影響,達到全自動化的目標。按照要求對設備進行設計,以磁粉檢測的原理為基礎對磁場、電流和電壓進行選取。首先在各種不同種類的電流中選取適合的電流;然后在確定磁化電流的情況下,了解磁化方法的分類和各種磁化方法的特點,選取中心導體法與線圈法相結合的磁化方法,應用在制動盤檢測中;最后根據相應的磁化規范確定磁化裝置的電流與磁場大小。對原有的磁化裝置進行改進,克服了不能多方式磁化的弊端,并利用SOLIDWKS對其進行模型設計。其次,為了克服原有設備人工檢測環節帶來的效率與檢測精度低的缺陷,以及紫外線造成的檢測人員健康問題,提出利用機器視覺代替人工檢測的方法。利用計算機提取經過磁化后的熒光圖片,然后進行預處理與缺陷識別,從而確定制動盤是否具有質量問題。與梯度法、閾值法等原有算法進行對比,在原有基礎上提出檢測速度更快、精度更高的復合式閾值分析法。對該方法進行驗證,證明此方法的可行性。最后與梯度法、閾值法等算法的檢測速度與精度進行比較。最后,對設備中的關鍵部件機械手進行設計。在眾多機械手結構中選取適應于該設備的設計結構,并利用SOLIDWKS對夾持裝置進行設計,使其適用于制動盤不同規格的需要。然后在SOLIDWKS中建模,導入ADAMS中進行仿真,得出機械手夾持端的位移,以及相關關節的位移、扭矩、驅動力、和角速度等仿真數據。并根據這些數據在SOLIDWKS中建立最終模型。關鍵詞關鍵詞無損檢測磁粉探傷磁化裝置機械手識別算法
